Our parish youth group started tonight. Now, I'm usually skeptical and a bit nervous when it comes to these things (I just am, you can't really explain it) but I went tonight. I came out surprised. It was a lot of fun. It's going to be an interesting year when it comes to this.
Oh, and the piano player at mass today was awesome. It actually sounded like worship, rather then the hymnal type stuff in the morning mass. It's kind of amazing how the same instrument can give two completely different feels.

- I can be a lot of things. I can be a university student that's going to be in his second year of university taking software engineering. I can be a musician that plays guitar and bass, and does some composing or arranging on the side. I can be a math or science nerd that makes plenty of calculus jokes, whether you want me to or not. I can be a hardcore gamer, as well as an Apple and Nintendo fanboy (though not nearly as bad as some people are). I can be a guy that tries to follow Christ with all his might. I can be just an all-around good guy to talk to. But most of all, I can be me, and that's probably the most important thing I can be.
