Felony For Refreshing a Web Page?
Okay, some kid told his friends to keep pressing the refresh button on the school's web page to slow down the server. He is in jail for it now. (which is a little unfair) The problem with the news is that it got posted on Slashdot, with the school page just a little later. I hope the prisons can hold 250 000 people.

Reminds me of this one time in Infotech, when everyone set their computers to infinitely ping Driver's computer (which didn't work).
And what about vice principals who download music on Kazaa and slow the entire network down? If giving 900 hits to a website is a felony, then that's probably a war crime or something (in addition to using a government network for illegal downloading in the first place).
