Oh, and I saw Pink Panther tonight (last night now?) It's really funny. I don't like some of the things they changed from the original movie, and the ending very hastily wraps things up. That being said, it's hilarious. Go see it. It's really good, considering it's a remake of a great film, and we know how bad those can be usually.
It's funny, the only time (other than some video games) remakes can be better than originals is in music. I mean, I've got a lot of video game remixes on my computer, and, as good as the 8-bit and 16-bit sound is, there are some truly great remixes out there. Download almost anything from OC remix and see what I mean.
And that's just an example. It's not just video game music. Look at the covers bands and artists do for songs that other people write. Some of them are really amazing. Now if I could just think of one, that would be a very concrete example...

- I can be a lot of things. I can be a university student that's going to be in his second year of university taking software engineering. I can be a musician that plays guitar and bass, and does some composing or arranging on the side. I can be a math or science nerd that makes plenty of calculus jokes, whether you want me to or not. I can be a hardcore gamer, as well as an Apple and Nintendo fanboy (though not nearly as bad as some people are). I can be a guy that tries to follow Christ with all his might. I can be just an all-around good guy to talk to. But most of all, I can be me, and that's probably the most important thing I can be.
