Review Time!

DMHO Live - It's great. These guys put on quite a show and the band does some pretty interesting stuff when they're not playing. And I kinda see the point of the slow sappy stuff now, it's kind of a slow worship kind of thing. It's good, but it's not why I listen to them.

Good points: slight arrangement changes to the songs (from small note changes to an 80s rap section addition in Get Down), new solos, dueling saxes, people playing two things at once, hilarious band.

Bad points: none really. I don't like the sappy stuff, but that's because I listen to them for the big band. Though I do like it that the brass and saxes actually play during them now, which is a good addition. Other than that, that's really it.

Haven't gotten to the bonus features yet.

Hillsong United - Look to You - Wow, it's the first United album where I recognize some of the songs. I haven't seen the DVD yet. It sounded pretty good, but I want to listen to it when I'm not doing anything else before I really judge it.

Matthew West - History - Same thing. I do like the second song (Next Thing You Know) for the spoken parts in it.

The Killers - Sam's Town - Same thing, kinda. I listened to it a second time, and I don't mind it.

Weird Al - Straight Outta Lynwood - Some of it's funny (White and Nerdy, Canadian Idiot, even the pancreas song), and the polka medley is hilarious.
