Computer's not fixed yet (still in the shop; I'm posting this from one of the computer labs), but the weekend's going well so far. Last night I saw Corey Doak in concert. He's pretty good. He kinda reminds me of Jack Johnson, except way less laid back. But maybe it's just because the show was just him and a guitar. I bought one of his CDs, but since the only CD player I have is in my computer, I can't listen to it yet.
And today I finally did something I've been waiting to do for months - I found a DDR machine. It was easier to get to than I thought (just take the #4 downtown and it's a quick walk from there) and it's an Extreme machine (along with a 4th Plus in there, too!), so it was interesting. Equally interesting was seeing someone fail on the last note of Max 300. I didn't make any awesome clears (other than a really good run of Drop the Bomb despite not being on a machine since August), but it was still fun. I need to find more DDR freaks to go with me next time, though.
And tonight I've got a birthday party here. I don't know what's going on with it, other than the fact it's tonight and the idea of bowling came up last night. But the planning is out of my hands, something I'm not too fond of, because I usually like planning my own parties. It should be fun, though.
