Sorry I haven't posted much in the past few days. I'll start talking now.

Saturday was the residence Amazing Race thing, and I signed up. I probably should have realized how much running that would be before committing myself to it. Like, running for about a total of maybe 1 or 2 hours over a four hour period. Basically, what you have to do is they give your team a bunch of pictures of different places in Victoria, and you have to go there. And, as the title says, it's a race, so it involves moving as quickly as possible, including starting by hiking up Mount Tolmie (it's not that high, but still not a good start). Fun times, but it was still a good time, up until the next day, where my legs were really sore and the pain didn't go away until today.

More on the Linux thing: I kinda got mad when I found out there is no official Flash player for Linux, but other than that, it's been an interesting trip so far. I may have to reinstall it because i completely screwed up my partitions and I've got about 5 gig that Linux was supposed to use, but didn't because I screwed something up. But things have been going well. I'm thinking that if I get a desktop at one point or another, (probably not in the near future), and I'm probably gonna dual-boot Windows and Linux (maybe not even boot Windows and just use Wine to run all the other stuff) on it so I can play around with it some more, and actually be using a processor that most people actually use.

Current music: none. I'm in one of the ECS Linux labs because my code won't run properly for some reason on Windows, even though it gets through the trouble spot properly on Linux. Good thing I started learning how to use it last week...
