Wow. I just went downtown again for more DDR/ITG (actually, it was all In the Groove, but they're practically the same thing, but one's better), and it was awesome. This time I remembered my flash drive. The best part about that? Custom songs. In the Groove works really well with Stepmania (figures, because it's just a heavily modified Stepmania engine), so I've got a lot of stuff that I can put on my flash drive that I'm finally able to play on a real pad. There's some great stuff out there, though I need to get back in shape again. I think I've decided I'd like to go twice a week (Monday and Friday seem to work well) so I can actually get some exercise again. I also beat Sakura again. I'm pretty sure it's the pad that's making me do it. Last time I went, I did it on a real DDR machine, and I just wasn't able to beat it, though I got really close. This time around? First try, no problem, though I wasn't too sure at the end. Oh, and I beat my first ITG 9 tonight, which are usually harder than the average DDR 9-footer:

And say what you want about the rain, but after being there for two hours, you treat the fact that you're outside in the pouring rain for ten minutes waiting for the bus as a blessing. :P
Anyway, it's the weekend. I don't have anything due Monday, but I should probably get some work done anyway. We'll see how things turn out.
Wow. Re-reading what I just wrote, it's a good thing that wasn't for a writing assignment or anything. Sorry if it's a bit disorganized or hard to follow.
