I'm starting to get excited for January. I have a job (though I'm kinda unsure about it; I haven't had a reply since I accepted the offer and I missed a call to my phone Monday afternoon, and I think I may know who it's from, and I haven't had a call since), and the other part is coming together really quickly all of a sudden. There's this guy from Sunago that I'm friends with and he needs a roommate for next term. The rent is cheap ($375 a month) and it's really close to campus so I'm probably going to take it. It's amazing how God provides when you're unsure about what's going to happen. Now I probably have somewhere to live in the new year! Yay!

That being said, exams are starting soon (my first is on Friday, I think) and I'm really nervous about stats and comp sci. I blew my third stats midterm because of some misprints on the exam, something that was brought up but I didn't pay attention to, and it really screwed up my answers, making me lose a good 25% on the test. And I lost other marks because the standard calculator that they force you to use (I understand the banning of graphers, even ones with clean slates, but can't they use a better scientific calculator? I had a much better one in high school that didn't know any more math than the ones we use now, but it had a few useful extra features, like more memory for storing things and the ability to go back farther than one past entry) It really sucked, but if I'm ready for the final and I do really well, it might bring my mark up more. There's still a chance at a good mark. I just need to be ready. Comp sci is just memorization. It's also the last one for me, so I have plenty of time. The rest are gonna be fine, I just need practice. And old exams. I'll be fine, I think.
