Tying loose ends

Alright, due to the fact that I'm gonna be around campus a lot more and I'd like my own computer to work off of, Tingle's now (finally) in the shop after what happened last January. I can't say I'm new to this sort of thing, but it's still kinda frustrating.

You may be wondering why I didn't do this sooner, or why I'm finally doing it now instead of waiting more. Well, before this, I could get away with not having a laptop and while I had the money to fix it, I had better things to spend it on. As for why I'm finally doing it now, there's the reason in the first paragraph, as well as the fact that I was going to take this out of my textbook fund as a "school supply" deduction, which is even more justified by the fact that I already bought two of the textbooks I needed last September, and the price that this'll probably take to repair will probably be less than the price I paid for the textbooks themselves, so I have a bit of extra cash.

Don't worry, I still have my nice iMac at home, but I just want something a little more mobile right now.

Oh, and classes have been okay so far. I'm not liking the huge between class breaks (8:30 to 10:30 today, then 4:30 to 6:00. Usually there's a tutorial in the middle of that, but it's the first week of classes, so not this time). They're not all that bad, but some of them are just very long.
