I've got a small prayer request coming up. It's kinda interesting that it happens the day after Mother's Day, though. See, my mom's going in for surgery on Monday. It's nothing huge, just a gallstone, but it's been plaguing her for a while and she's finally getting it taken care of tomorrow. Even though it's nothing major, she still has to miss work for the next two weeks, and we were kinda hoping it could have been done in the summer (she's a TA for the Abby school district), but thanks to our wonderful medicare system, it's gotta be done now. Pray for a quick and speedy recovery, so she can get back on her feet. I just hope things turn out okay.
